Rajarshiji was born in Bhinga on 3" September 1850. He was a great sovereign, sagacious, just, beneficent, patron of the learned, dispenser of justice, a cherisher of his subjects endowed with all the admirable attributes of a king. On one hand he had a deep inclination to indian culture on the other hand he felt for social reforms.

From the Hewitt Kshatriya College of 1909 to the U.P.
